Why haven't I received a reply from Customer Support?

Are you expecting an email from us but haven't received one?

When you reach out to the Qustodio Customer Support Team, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours. If you haven't heard back in that time, or if you've contacted us multiple times with no response, there might be an issue with your email service. You should try the following:

  • Check the spam/junk folder of your email (some email providers filter our emails automatically as spam).
  • Make sure that your Inbox is not full.

To help prevent emails from Customer Support going into your spam folder,  you can add support@qustodio.com to your address book or update the settings of your spam filter.

If none of these tips work for you, please contact our Qustodio Customer Support Team from another email address. Make sure to mention the email under which your Qustodio account is registered and our team will try its best to assist you as soon as possible.
