Troubleshooting when experiencing certificate issues with Qustodio Professional for iOS

If your device has iOS 10.3 or later and you have experienced issues while navigating, you will need to make sure your Qustodio MDM Root CA certificates are Trusted. This is really easy to do, just follow these steps:

1. Access your device Settings

2. Tap on General, then About and Certificate Trust settings

3. Finally toggle on the Qustodio Service CA and Qustodio MDM Root CA

This should allow you to navigate without any issues.
