You might need to change the timezone or country associated with your Qustodio account, for example, because you or your children are traveling to a different timezone. In fact, if the Timezone on the Family Portal or in the device is wrong, the device might get blocked at the wrong hours.
How to change the timezone or country associated with my account
To change the timezone, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account at https://family.qustodio.com/
2. From the sidebar on the left-hand side, click Your Account.
3. Scroll down to ‘My Language & Region’
4. Click the pen icon and select your Country and Timezone
