How do I change the timezone or country of my account

You might need to change the timezone or country associated with your Qustodio account, for example, because you or your children are traveling to a different timezone. In fact, if the Timezone on your account or in the device is wrong, the device might get blocked at the wrong hours.

 

How to change the timezone or country associated with my account

To change the timezone, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Parents App or log into your account at family.qustodio.com
  2. From the hamburger menu () select Account

  3. Find the clock and globe icons and click in the respective fields

  4. Select your Country and Timezone.
