How do I unblock my account

With Qustodio Free you can protect a maximum of 1 device and child. If your Qustodio account is temporarily blocked, it is probably because you have reached the limit of devices or profiles you can protect with a Free account.

Also, if your account is locked, your license period may have expired and the number of children or devices you are protecting with Qustodio is now over this limit. To continue using Qustodio, you can either choose to purchase a Premium license or manually remove devices or child profiles from your account.

I want to increase the number of devices or children I protect by upgrading to Qustodio Premium

  1. Open the Parents’ App on your mobile or go to family.qustodio.com and log in.
  2. Click Upgrade Now! to visit Qustodio’s Premium subscription page. Here you can choose a plan that fits your family’s needs and easily make your purchase. 
  3. Once you’ve completed the purchase, go back to the Family Portal. Your account will be unblocked, and you will be able to use Qustodio again. If your account is still locked, make sure you log out and log in again for the changes to take effect.

I want to remove a child profile or device

1. Open the Parents’ App on your mobile or go to family.qustodio.com and log in.
2. Click the child whose profile you want to remove, then click Edit. You will see a bin icon on the top right of the screen. Click it to remove this profile. Confirm your choice in the alert shown on screen.
3. Next, go to Your devices. Click the device you want to delete. You will see a bin icon on the top right of the screen. Click it to remove this device.

I have only 1 device but the account is locked

Check that you don’t have any old or duplicated devices still associated with your account. If Qustodio was uninstalled incorrectly, a device may still appear as active and count against your limits. Removing devices that are no longer being used should allow for new installations.

2. Go to Your devices. Click the device you want to delete. You will see a bin icon on the top right of the screen. Click it to remove this device.

I want to add more devices to my Premium plan

If you already have a Qustodio Premium plan and want to upgrade to a bigger plan, please follow these steps.
