How do I install Qustodio?
When you install the Qustodio Professional application from our downloads center here, you’ll be able to create an account and get set up on the web-based Qustodio Management Portal. This is where you’ll be able to monitor all activity and set rules and limits for all devices, employees or students in your organization. Next, simply download Qustodio Professional to each desktop or mobile device you’d like to supervise (downloads are available on Qustodio.com, our website) and whether you're monitoring 5 devices or 5000 devices Qustodio will do the rest. You’ll have 30 days to evaluate the product for free.

Business help section and current help articles
At the moment, we do not have a dedicated help forum for professional users, but we’re actively working on creating one and on developing useful material and guides. Meanwhile, you might find useful information in our existing knowledge base at this address: http://www.qustodio.com/help. The articles in this section are intended for Qustodio for Family users, but can still be very useful for specific questions you might have, especially for installing, removing, or setting up Qustodio. If you refer to the existing articles, please make sure to remember that your management portal can be found at this address: http://manage.qustodio.com. Most of the information can then be translated to your business or school account.
How does the business trial work?
When you download Qustodio for Business or Schools, you automatically activate a 30-day trial. During 30 days, you will be able to experience Qustodio at its fullest, with access to all features and support. Once the 30-day period is over, you will have to purchase it to continue using Qustodio. Once you upgrade, you will be able to continue using all features. All your settings will be saved and everything will continue working exactly as you set it up during your trial. If you do not purchase after your 30-day trial, you won’t be able to use Qustodio’s features. At this point, your settings will remain saved but you won’t be able to change your settings or rules unless you upgrade. We will save your settings until you decide to upgrade or not. If you do not wish to upgrade after your trial is over, then you can simply remove Qustodio from your devices and it will stop protecting your users.
