How can I upgrade my Premium plan?

 

To change your plan, you’ll need to use the same payment platform you originally purchased Qustodio Premium on. Please see the instructions for each payment platform below.

 

Upgrading if you originally paid on the Qustodio website:

  1. Log in to your Qustodio account online
  2. In the sidebar menu, select Upgrade
  3. See the Premium Complete plan box and select Upgrade
  4. Follow the instructions shown on screen

 

Upgrading if you originally paid via in-app purchase (App Store or Google Play Store):

If you purchased Premium using the Parents App and therefore paid via the App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on Android, you will need to upgrade your account through the same platform. Read the instructions for each platform below:

 

App Store:

There are two ways to upgrade with Apple.  

Through the Parents App:

  1. Open the Qustodio Parents App on your iOS device
  2. In the sidebar menu, tap Upgrade  
  3. See the Premium Complete plan box and tap Upgrade 
  4. Follow the instructions shown on screen 

Through your device settings:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Name
  3. Tap Subscriptions 
  4. Find Qustodio in the list and tap See all plans. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.

Please note that when you upgrade with Apple, you will be charged the full price of your new subscription and will receive a refund for the time remaining on your previous subscription.

Google Play Store

  1. Open the Qustodio Parents App on your Android device
  2. In the sidebar menu, tap Upgrade  
  3. See the Premium Complete plan box and tap Upgrade
  4. Follow the instructions shown on screen 

Please note that when upgrading with Google Play, you will be charged a pro-rated price based on the time remaining on your subscription.

 

Can I upgrade my plan using a different platform to my original purchase?

To upgrade your plan, you need to use the same platform you used to make your original purchase. For example, if you first subscribed to Premium using the App Store, you will need to upgrade your subscription through the App Store too.

 

Can I upgrade my plan if I have an additional parent account?

Your plan must be upgraded using the same account that made the original purchase. Therefore, if you are an additional parent and the main parent originally purchased Premium, they will need to upgrade using their account. However, if you used your own account to purchase Premium, you will be able to upgrade as normal.
